Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Finance team, the Sales Analyst will collaborate with the Commercial team to evaluate and maximize the profitability of new and renewal deals, ensuring compliance with contracts, discount guidelines, and volume commitments. The Sales Analyst will work closely with Finance and Sales Operations, tracking profitability KPIs and providing support for revenue recognition, while collaborating across sales, marketing, and finance to drive business results and inform decision making.

About the Role:

  • Implement, execute, and maintain discount guidelines working closely with marketing, develop workflow to document exceptions and set up KPI’s to track results over time. Proactively monitor trends and provide feedback to sales and marketing and work to update guidance in accordance with market changes.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing to understand and challenge products sales forecast (including understanding all inputs and assumptions) as well as approve the method of developing gross-to-net estimates.
  • Lead continuous improvement of financial tools, business modeling, financial planning, and processes that can scale with the company's growth.
  • Responsible for the negotiation and the administration of contracts and agreements consistent with requirements, compliance obligations and policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant industry experience in a senior finance role supporting executive management.
  • Ability to identify and scope analytical models, design and implement models to evaluate outcomes, and present results to all levels of management
  • Highly organized and innovative with a strong attention to accuracy and detail
  • Deal Desk experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance or Business
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • Experience in the Medical Device industry
  • SAP experience strongly
